Selenite Plate With 7 Chakra Beej Mantras

Product Name: Selenite Plate with 7 Chakra Beej Mantras – Round

Crystal: Selenite (Satin Spar)

Hardness of the Crystal:
Selenite has a Mohs hardness of approximately 2, making it a very soft mineral. It should be handled gently and kept away from water and excessive moisture.

Chakras & Beej Mantras:

This round Selenite plate features the traditional Beej Mantras associated with the seven primary chakras:

• Root Chakra – Mūlādhāra: LAM (लं) – Grounding, stability, security, and connection with the Earth.
• Sacral Chakra – Svādhiṣṭhāna: VAM (वं) – Creativity, emotional flow, pleasure, and vitality.
• Solar Plexus Chakra – Maṇipūra: RAM (रं) – Confidence, personal power, motivation, and transformation.
• Heart Chakra – Anāhata: YAM (यं) – Love, compassion, emotional balance, and openness.
• Throat Chakra – Viśuddha: HAM (हं) – Communication, truth, self-expression, and authenticity.
• Third Eye Chakra – Ājñā: OM / AUM (ॐ) – Intuition, inner awareness, meditation, and wisdom.
• Crown Chakra – Sahasrāra: OM / AUM (ॐ) – Spiritual awareness, consciousness, meditation, and connection with the higher self.

The Beej Mantras are traditionally used as sacred seed sounds in yogic and tantric practices. Their inclusion on the Selenite plate makes the piece especially suited to meditation, chakra practices, and crystal rituals.

Spiritual Benefits:

• Selenite is traditionally associated with purification, clarity, peace, and spiritual awareness in crystal practices.
• The seven Beej Mantras on the plate are traditionally connected with the seven chakras and are used in various yogic and meditation practices.
• Each Beej Mantra is associated with a particular chakra and is traditionally used as a focus for meditation, chanting, and intention-setting.
• The combination of Selenite and chakra symbolism creates a meaningful space for those who incorporate crystal practices, meditation, or chakra-focused rituals into their routine.
• The plate can also serve as a dedicated altar or meditation-space accessory, bringing together natural crystal material and traditional spiritual symbolism.

How to Use the Selenite Plate:

• For Crystal Cleansing: Place your crystals gently on the Selenite plate and leave them there for several hours or overnight as part of your cleansing ritual.
• For Chakra Meditation: Sit comfortably with the plate in front of you. Begin with the Root Chakra and gradually move your attention upward through each chakra while focusing on its corresponding Beej Mantra.
• For Mantra Practice: Use the Sanskrit Beej Mantras printed on the plate as visual references during meditation or chanting. Repeat each mantra slowly and mindfully.
• For Energy Cleansing in a Room: Place the plate in your meditation room, altar, bedroom, or another peaceful area where you want to establish a dedicated spiritual space.
• For Intention-Setting: Place a crystal associated with your intention on the plate while meditating on your desired outcome. Use the corresponding chakra and mantra as the focus of your practice.
• For Home Decor: Display the round plate on an altar, meditation table, bedside table, office desk, or spiritual corner. Its engraved chakra design also makes it a meaningful decorative piece.
• For Crystal Grids: Use the plate as a foundation for a simple crystal arrangement. Place crystals around or on the plate according to your intention and spiritual practice.

How to Use It for the 7 Chakras:

For a complete chakra meditation, work upward through the seven energy centers:

LAM → VAM → RAM → YAM → HAM → OM → OM

Begin with grounding at the Root Chakra and gradually move toward the Crown Chakra. Take a few slow breaths at each stage and focus on the quality associated with that chakra.

Caring for Selenite Plate:

• Avoid Water: Selenite is a very soft, water-sensitive mineral. Do not rinse, soak, or wash the plate with water.
• Avoid Moisture: Keep the plate away from humid environments, bathrooms, sinks, and areas where it may come into prolonged contact with moisture.
• Gentle Cleaning: Dust the plate gently with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• Handle Carefully: Selenite can scratch, chip, or break relatively easily. Always support the plate from underneath when moving it.
• Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Perfumes, cleaning products, oils, and other chemicals can affect the surface of the mineral.
• Storage: When not in use, keep the plate in a dry, safe location where it will not be knocked over or exposed to harder objects.
• Energetic Cleansing: Because Selenite is traditionally considered self-cleansing in crystal practices, many users simply keep the plate in a clean, peaceful space and use it as a dedicated cleansing surface.

Important Note:
The spiritual and energetic properties described here are based on traditional chakra, yogic, mantra, and crystal-healing practices. They are intended for spiritual and meditative use and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
